Tired of digital griping, a New York village has decided to pull the plug on email and phone complaints. Locals must now show up in person if they want to whine about potholes, leaf piles, or Linda’s barking schnauzer. The town claims it's a return to "civility," which is a charming way to say, "we're overwhelmed and under caffeinated." Whether this cuts down on complaints or just adds more foot traffic to town hall remains to be seen. Either way, hope you enjoy lines, and irony. |
